Although Palmetto Traditions welcomes you as a customer, Palmetto Traditions reserves the right to decline any transaction for any reason it deems necessary. If your credit card is declined, please review your account status with the card issuer and please note that the Bill-To address must match the address related to the credit card account.

Palmetto Traditions is owned and operated by Jewelry Warehouse, Inc. All payment processing is completed by Jewelry Warehouse, Inc and will show up on your banking or credit card statements as Jewelry Warehouse Inc. How secure is shopping online with you?
Our site processes all sensitive data keyed into a browser via a "secure socket layer" or SSL, which is the industry standard for encrypting transmitted data. Your information is stored behind a second firewall on a separate server dedicated to that purpose. Once through the firewall, the data is further protected by security protocols requiring a Login ID and Password to access. Security is a top priority with us and we will do our utmost to insure the security and privacy of your data. You may notice that when you are looking at product information, it is not secured. This is typical of most sites. However, once you begin the checkout process which includes providing your personal information, that is secure.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Palmetto Traditions is located in South Carolina and we are required by law to charge sales tax within South Carolina. No other states are charged sales tax.

Certain items carry a surcharge due to size or weight (tailgating tents, tables, art, etc); these surcharges will be noted on product pages. What is Ground shipping? Ground Shipping is a service offered by UPS and the United States Postal Service (USPS) that saves you on costly shipping charges. Here's how it works: We give your package to UPS, UPS sorts and delivers your package to the post office nearest your residence, and USPS makes the final delivery to your door. You can still track your order online at UPS.com. If you have any questions about Ground Shipping, please call our customer service team at 800-537-8072.
International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Palmetto Traditions. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world.
Can I check the status of my international order?

Who should I contact with questions about my international order?

Is the store secured for credit card transactions?
Yes. When you begin the check out process, you will see the little "lock" in lower right-hand corner on your web browser.
Orders placed through PayPal will not be shipped until all funds are received for the order. Orders can be delayed when using PayPal's eCheck system which takes 2-5 business days to process. Most credit card and debit card transactions process within 1 business day through PayPal. Please call 1-800-537-8072 for more information.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Jewelry Warehouse offers Free Ground Shipping on all orders over $75.00. Shipping charges for Ground Shipping on orders under $75 will be charged a flat rate of $7. Next Day and Second Day Expedited services are also priced at a flat rate, regardless of your location. Certain items carry a surcharge due to size or weight (tailgating tents, tables, art, etc); these surcharges will be noted on product pages. You'll see the shipping cost listed on the "Summary and Payment" page during checkout.
What shipping address would you recommend to send my package to?
Palmetto Traditions recommends shipping to a location where someone will be available to receive the delivery, such as a business address. Palmetto Traditions cannot be responsible for packages delivered to unattended addresses.
What about shipping to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO addresses. However, due to restrictions at those postal facilities, we are unable to ship oversized or heavy items. We also cannot offer Express shipping to these locations. Please allow 2-8 weeks for delivery.
How quickly is merchandise shipped?
Processing time for in stock items is approximately 2 business days. Standard delivery is 3-7 business days; express delivery is 1-2 business days. Delivery times do not include processing time. If the item is not in stock, you will receive an email to inform you.
For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
How will my order ship?
Service providers are UPS and USPS. The carrier will be determined by the service available for your "ship to" location and the method of delivery (regular or express) you select. When your order ships, you will receive an email that includes the name of the carrier and a tracking number. Gift Cards will ship via the U.S. Postal Service, unless a shipping upgrade is ordered.
How do I track my order?
If your order is shipped through United Parcel Service, you will receive order tracking information via email from Palmetto Traditions. We suggest that you save this email until your order is fully received. Please note that this applies only to domestic orders through shipped by UPS only and does not apply to Alaskan, Hawaiian or APO orders. No order status/tracking information will be be shown until the package has left our warehouse and is on its way to you. "Unable to track package" message usually indicates the package has not been processed as of yet. "Billing Information Received" message indicates the package has been processed but is still in our warehouse awaiting packaging.
If your shipping address is a P.O. Box or APO, we will ship your order through USPS.
What if there is a failed delivery attempt?
Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than $200 of merchandise will always require a signature; otherwise, it is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us.

How do I find items?
You can browse our online store by Category, Collection, New Items, or by Items on Sale. Or you can use the "Search" function to find a specific item by entering one or more words (e.g. a manufacturer name or a product name) in the search box, then clicking the "Search" button.
After selecting a category or executing a search, a list of matching products will be displayed. You can click on any product in the list to view the corresponding detail page, which contains additional information about the product, the price and the availability. You can also narrow down the search by the refinements listed on the left hand side of the page.
Please note: We are obligated to follow manufacturer's guidelines which, for some products, prohibit us from displaying prices and/or selling the item online. Simply use the "e-mail quote" button or contact us to obtain price information or to place an order for these items.
How do I add items to my shopping cart?
To add an item to your shopping cart, click the "Add to Basket" button found on the detailed product page. For your convenience, we also have a “Quick Look” icon in the shape of a gamecock, that will appear as you roll your mouse over each item. If you click on this icon, you have the option of adding it to your cart without going to the detailed product page.
As you go to the shopping cart page, you will be able to edit your shopping cart selections, continue shopping, empty your cart, or proceed to checkout. Your shopping cart can be viewed from any screen in the online store section by clicking the Shopping Cart link at the top of the page.
How do I check out?
Once you have reviewed the items you have placed in your shopping cart, click on the "Next" button. You will be taken to the Login Page, where first time customers will be asked to register to create their account and returning customers will be prompted for their e-mail address and password. You can also skip the registration and checkout as a guest.
You will then be prompted to enter a billing address and a shipping address then select your preferred shipping method (UPS Standard, 2 Day Air or Overnight). Once this has been entered, you will be taken to a secure page that displays your shipping information, product selections and total costs, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges. Then you will click on the “Checkout” button.
Enter your credit card information and click the "Purchase" button to finalize your purchase. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation message with your order number. Please record this number for referencing your order.
